Visitors to our garden2021

Our 1st and 2nd year students have truly outdone themselves. Running with the theme 'Visitors to Our Garden', the students have created beautiful and inventive bird-feeders to display in the garden. As Woodwork class has been put on hold, our students have adapted, swapping their wood and tools for recycled materials to create these wonderful artefacts!

We think they did a fantastic job, and we're not the only ones!

Visit this link to listen to Ryan Tubridy praise the hard work and dedication of our students, and our very own Woodwork teacher Ms. Plunkett! (Skip to 17.30mins)

ChristmasImage2020

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all of our staff, students and families. Thank you for your support through this challenging year. See you all in the New Year!

ChristmasJumperWalk
On the 11th of December, all of us here at Ardscoil La Salle took part in a "Christmas Jumper Day" to raise money for Crumlin Children's Hospital. Staff and students alike wore festive, Christmas clothing into school before going on a 5km walk around the surrounding area.
Normally at this time of year, a group of our students would go into Dublin City Centre for a day of carol singing to raise money for charity. Unfortunately, due to Covid restrictions, this was not possible. In order to keep up our Christmas tradition of raising money for charity we decided to organise this fun event that the whole school could take part in.
Throughout the morning, we played Christmas FM to get both staff and students into the Christmas spirit. After our morning break, all of our students set off on their 5km walk in the hope that our Christmas outfits would bring some cheer to the local community.
The day was a great success as we surpassed all of our initial goals and raised €660 for Crumlin Children's Hospital. We would like to thank everyone for their generous donations.

Badminton2020WinnersWe want to give a massive congratulations to our 2020 Badminton Tournament Winners! These pairs topped the scoreboards in the Junior and Senior Cycle categories, showing us that hard work and perseverance pays off. What a great way to finish up the term!

BadmintonPlaque2020

This Friday the 18th of December, our students will take part in a whole school Badminton Tournament in the hopes of becoming a part of Ardscoil La Salle history, by getting their names inscribed on one of our Badminton Plaques. We wish them all Good Luck!
